Our first dividend was paid on January 14, 2022, for shareholders of record as of December 31, 2021. We intend to pay regular quarterly dividends. Distributions we make in the future will be at the discretion of Chicago Atlantic’s board of directors and will depend upon a number of factors. We cannot make any assurances that we will maintain the practice of paying regular quarterly dividends in the future.
